Located in the Tacony neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia, Tacony LAB Community Art Center — program of Mural Arts Philadelphia in partnership with City Councilmember Mike Driscoll — brings the neighborhood and the arts together to create a unique hub for learning, creativity, and community engagement in Northeast Philadelphia. To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Mural Arts, Tacony LAB will host a special screen printing day to create t-shirts, totes, and more with many designs to choose from. Join the fun!
The Tacony LAB runs an artist-in-residence program, offers art classes for adults and youth, holds open studio sessions for the public in their well-equipped studio/maker space, and presents arts-focused events free of charge.
