First Friday in Germantown

We are stoked to start this monthly event Germantown wide! We are partnering with Neighborhood Businesses+ Art Galleries + Artists to create an enjoyable evening for the community to explore, be inspired, and connect. Our goal with this event is to bring peace in the streets, offer more visibility to the neighborhood storefronts /talent, and grow our community.
Artists of all levels will be at the top of Maplewood Mall selling and showcasing their art!
Storefronts will have markers in front of their business to share the the block they are participating with an offer to engage in for neighbors.
Maps will be handdrawn by local artist, Logan Grant. It will contain specific details of each participants’ address, hours, and offering. A digital copy of the map will be available as well for neighbors to follow on their device and will contain updated information if needed.

If you are a health and wellness business who doesnt have a storefront in GTown and would like to participate, join d’griot’s Afro-Garden Party that will be happening on First Fridays as well.
