Hone your off-pavement skills, meet new friends, and have some fun during the Gritty City Gravel Series.

Gravel is lurking everywhere, so get ready to explore the dirt outside your door and join us for a new route every first Sunday of the month from December – April. Each month we’ll explore new gravel routes in our region starting 12/3/23 in Philadelphia and moving to different areas in the new year (tentative locations below).

We’ll kick each ride off from a different Trek Bicycle location and ride about 20-40 miles at a no-drop pace on mixed terrain. No drop does not = beginners. It’s the first ride of the series, so we’ll take it easy on you, but the ability to ride 40 road miles and some technical skills / comfort off-road are required.

Gritty City #1: Trek Manayunk 12/3/23​

Join us and our friends from KRT Cycling to launch this series designed to prep you for longer, harder gravel rides in 2024. LuLacka? Grinduro? Gravel Grape? unPAved? Let’s get ready to crush some gravel miles!

What to expect:

• About two hours of mixed terrain–pavement, fire road, cobbles, single track
• Post-ride hospitality at Trek Manayunk
• Sweet swag! Learn about becoming a member in the Gritty City Gravel Club to receive swag and discounts on larger gravel events
