Fall Tree Planting and Tree Giveaway
Come join us for a volunteer tree planting and tree giveaway event at North American Land Trust’s Brinton Run Preserve! Get your hands dirty and help make the Preserve, your personal property and your community a greener and more beneficial place! Hope to see you out there!
Date: Saturday, October 14th (Volunteer Tree Planting and Tree Giveaway) Mon-Tues, October 16th -17th (Tree Giveaway)
Time: 9am to 4pm on Saturday (Oct 14th) and 2pm to 6pm on Mon-Tues (Oct 16th-17th)
Location: Brinton Run Preserve – 6 Oakland Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317
Please Note: You do not need to volunteer to plant trees in order to take trees home. Drive thru pick up of trees will be available during the dates and times listed above, as supplies last. The gate at the Preserve entrance will be open during the tree giveaway, please pull down long driveway to turn around and you will be assisted in selecting trees. Trees will be in approximate 1qt containers and should not be more than 12-24″ in height. Protective tree tubes and support stakes will also be provided, as supplies last. See flyer attached below.
This event is entirely FREE for all volunteers and community members wanting to pick up trees.
