Children ages 4-10 are welcome to discover our newly redesigned outdoor play space and participate in nature and arts-based activities.
Lily P.A.D.S is a play and discovery space with children’s programming that will kick off this Summer with a series of 8 weekly workshops for little artists, ages 4-10. Lily P.A.D.S., named in honor of Lily Macalester, daughter of the original owner of Glen Foerd, then called Glengarry, is located behind the community garden and apiary.
This week participants will create nature wands using sticks, ribbons, paint, gems, beads, leaves, petals, and more! Also, children will be able to make wildflower seed bombs to grow a variety of flowers that help the bees.
