Earth Day in the Phood Phorest

Celebrate Earth Day by cleaning, mulching and weeding the Phood Phorest. Then learn more about seed starting and propagation.
9:30-11 a.m. |Mulching, weeding, & early planting.
11-noon |Seed starting & propagation workshop.
No experience necessary, just the interest in learning and enjoying a few hours outdoors working your muscles.
Adults, Teens & Families. Older kids are welcome, but need to be registered with a volunteering adult.

This is an all weather, all outdoor program.

Photos will be taken of participants during this program for use by the Philadelphia Orchard Project, Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and Friends of the Wissahickon. If you wish to opt out, please let us know before the program.
