You bring your own drinks and snacks and we provide the fire pit\, smores and goat fun! We will help you get a goat on your back for that special “goat yoga” pose you have been pining for! Win original goat art\, hoof-made by our talented kids. Take the goats on a walk and tuck them in for bed! This is an amazing way to enjoy time with friends and family and help support the mission based programs that Philly Goat Project provides year round. There are only three Happy Hours a year\, so get your tickets soon before they sell out!! We’ll have so much fun! Rain date is the following day: Sunday.

During the Herbal Aid Ed course\, students will care and support those garden beds over the 9-month course of study.\nThe program covers an introduction to 40+ plants from a range of cross-cultural traditions. These include the cultivated\, wild\, and native medicines of our Philadelphia bio-region on the ancestral indigenous territory of the Lenni Lenape/Wingohoking. Each class includes hands-on time in the Many Hands Community Apothecary garden on site at Awbury Arboretum where we will cover various growing methods\, seasonal medicine processing methods including infusions\, decoctions\, tinctures\, salves\, incense\, powders\, and more!\nThe program hosts ongoing opportunities for wider community engagement during garden volunteer days and medicine making sessions. By the end of the course\, students will walk away with medicines they’ve made\, which include extras for them to share through community distribution days\, and a deep knowledge of the power of plant medicine and aid. Come join us in our garden classroom to grow your self-sufficiency and earth connection!\nPrice: $700 for full class series.
