DESCRIPTION:Where: \nSomerton regional rail station\n\n\n\n\nWhen: \nSaturday\, September 12\, 2026 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm\n\n\n\n\nRemaining Spots: \n8 \n\n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\nOverview\nYou are registering for  Group B on Saturday\, September 12 at 8:30 AM. \nYou’ll be walking ↻ Clockwise from Somerton toward Torresdale. \n✍️ Please register individually for each segment of the Fall 2026 Walk Around Philadelphia that you’d like to join. \nAbout this segment\n Meeting point: Somerton Regional Rail Station \n Optional post-walk gathering: This segment may include the option to gather for snacks at the Three Monkeys Cafe after the walk. \n Segment overview: This segment is estimated to cover roughly 12–15 miles over 6-8 hrs. The terrain includes roads & sidewalks\, with opportunities for adventurous off-roading through brambles in the creek-bed. \n Every walk unfolds a little differently. Your mileage\, terrain\, and endpoint may vary depending on the choices your group makes together along the way. You’re always welcome to join for just part of a day’s walk. See our FAQ for more information. \nTransportation\n Many walkers will arrive via SEPTA Regional Rail West Trenton Line scheduled to arrive at 8:29 AM. Keep an eye out for fellow walkers along the way! \nIf you’re arriving by train\, walkers will meet up in the rear car. If the train is delayed\, the walk will start when it arrives. \nRestrooms\n Restrooms are not usually available at this start point. Please plan ahead and be prepared to follow outdoor bathroom etiquette if needed. Please contribute the amount that feels accessible to you. \nPLEASE NOTE: Event registration fees and contributions made through this website are not currently tax deductible.
