DESCRIPTION:For this one-hour outing\, we will meet at noon outside of Lloyd Hall public bathrooms located at 1 Boathouse Row\, or you can plug this location into your map (39.968953\, -75.184904). We hope to encounter early spring migrants like Black-Crowned Night Heron below the dam on the Schuylkill\, Pine Warbler singing in the trees and lingering winter waterfowl.   \nAccess Features\nSurface/Terrain: The park surface is composed of paved path\, metal boardwalk\, loose brick sections and grassy areas.\nPublic Bathrooms and water fountains located at Lloyd Hall.\nThe area features some tree canopy shade and offers ample benches.\nParking: Free two-hour parking is available along Water Works Drive. 5 Disability Parking spots are available.  2 near Lloyd Hall\, 2 on the left by the Azalea Garden\, and 1 at the Circle fountain near the security booth.\nPublic Transportation: Bus Routes 38 (0.3 miles from Art Museum to Lloyd Hall)\nWeather: If it is actively raining\, we will postpone or cancel the event. Celebrate Burn Night 2025 in Philadelphia with a community-focused bike ride honoring Burning Man for those staying local this year!  \n \nJoin us for our second year of this fun and inclusive group ride featuring biking\, skating\, scooting\, or jogging. Embrace collaboration\, self-reliance\, and the Burner spirit while prioritizing safety. Participation is free\, with a suggested donation to support coordination. Bring your friends\, your creativity\, and maybe even a BYO effigy (safely)! \n \nStarting & Ending Point: Penn Treaty Park \nDistance: TBA \nPace: Easy and beginner-friendly \nPicnic Stops: Enjoy a short pause at each stop—bring your party gear or flow toys to join the fun. \n \nWays to Participate: \nBike\, skate\, one-wheel\, scoot\, or jog along—just make sure to stay safe and respectful of others.
