DESCRIPTION:Join us for an in-person Pennsylvania Flax Project Event Series this spring and summer to foster organic fiber flax production and supply chains! Expect to… \n\n\nMeet existing and prospective organic buyers and growers \n\n\nGet connected to the emerging organic flax-to-linen industry in Pennsylvania \n\n\nLearn about: \n\n\nHow fiber flax fits into organic rotations \n\n\nHow fiber flax is processed from field to spinnable fiber \n\n\nOpportunities through PA Flax Project’s cooperative business model \n\n\nOrganic certification requirements \n\n\nTechnical assistance opportunities during organic transition \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis event will take place in both Spanish and English with simultaneous interpretation.
