By highlighting ongoing initiatives and the obstacles to overcome\, our aim is to inspire action and foster new relationships between the groups. Secondly\, we seek to educate BIPOC developers about energy efficiency and renewable energy resources\, facilitating connections with professionals in these fields to ensure the integration of sustainable features into their projects. Through these efforts\, we aim to promote collaboration and sustainable practices in the real estate development industry.
