Together\, we practice arriving in our bodies and the present moment\, meeting whatever arises with curiosity\, compassion\, and care. \nThis is an invitation to build sangha—a circle of practice where we show up for ourselves and for one another\, week after week. For those seeking a commitment to quiet the mind and sit with all that is present\, this is your place. \nWe sit together to sharpen our collective focus—to be fully here\, awake and embodied\, in a time that asks everything of us. \nBring a cushion if you like.
