Whether you’re a family looking for a day of fun or a community member wanting to connect with local resources\, this event has something for everyone! \n \nEvent Highlights:\n\nInteractive Literacy-Based Activities for families and young people of all ages\nVendor Market featuring local businesses\, nonprofits\, and community organizations\nSpecial Parent Training (special registration required) for 30 parents of young people ages 4-8 on how to support literacy at home\, presented by Children’s Literacy Initiative (CLI) (more details below)\nGiveaways from partner organizations and a chance to meet local literacy champions!\n\n \nTraining for Parents (Spaces Limited!):Parents of children aged 4-8 can sign up for a special literacy training with CLI on how to support reading and learning at home.
