It’s more than just a walk; it’s a safe space for meaningful conversations\, sisterhood\, and self-care in nature. \n \nOur next walk will take place at Kelly Drive on Sunday\, from 1 PM to 3 PM. This beautiful trail offers a peaceful\, scenic setting where we can enjoy nature\, move our bodies\, and engage in uplifting discussions. \nMeet up  spot: Lloyd Hall ( free 2 hour parking in the lot) first come first serve \n \nWhat to Expect: \n✨ A refreshing walk through nature’s beauty \n✨ Open and supportive conversations \n✨ A chance to reset\, reflect\, and recharge \n✨ A welcoming space to connect with like-minded women \n \nWhy Join? \nSis Walks & Talks is all about showing up for yourself and each other. Whether you’re looking for a mindful break\, new connections\, or simply time to breathe\, this is your space. \nBonus Details: \nA light snack and water will be provided to keep you refreshed\, along with guided conversation\, prompt cards to spark meaningful dialogue\, and a complimentary swag bag filled with wellness goodies. \n \nAnd don’t worry—if it rains\, ponchos will be provided at no cost to attendees so we can still enjoy the experience together!
