SUMMARY:Brownin’ Artist Talk with Zindzi Harley
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an Artist Talk with artists from Brownin’ on Tuesday\, April 28! \nThe “Brownin’” Artist Talk with Zindzi Harley will feature Marcus Branch (@marcus.branch)\, Mikel Elam (@mikelartist)\, Akira Gordon  (@okayakiii) and Yannick Lowery (@severe.paper)\, in conversation with curator Zindzi Harley. This event offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the work\, creative process\, and each artist’s perspective on what defines Black Beauty. \nFrom Zindzi Harley (@zindzilohan)\, the curator:\n“The exhibition resists singular narratives of Black identity\, instead presenting a spectrum of aesthetic positions that challenge reduction\, stereotype\, and commodification. Collectively\, these works affirm Black beauty as expansive\, evolving\, and authored from within.” \nBrownin’ Artist Talk with Zindzi Harley\nTuesday\, April 28\, 6-8 pm\nInLiquid Gallery\n1400 N. American Street\, Philadelphia PA\nRSVP at https://bit.ly/BrowninArtistTalk / at @inliquidart ’s link in bio
