DESCRIPTION:Join us at the community celebration for the signing of the Declaration of Interdependence!\n\n\nEnjoy a beautiful day at FDR Park for the signing of the Declaration of Interdependence. Celebrate with neighbors and friends\, be a part of a community art build\, and enjoy different cultural offerings! This is a family friendly event. \nThe Welcome and Ceremonial Signing will begin at 10:30 am so please arrive on time. \nRead the Declaration of Interdependence \nSign Up to Help Out \nDonate to support overhead costs: Cashapp / Venmo *Please label your donation “Declaration of Interdependence” \nImportant Information Regarding the Event: \nWe encourage you to bring your own water and snacks as well as a picnic blanket to sit on. We are aiming to be a zero/low waste gathering. We also encourage folks to support the African American and Southeast Asian Markets at the park for lunch afterwards. \nThere will be a film maker shooting footage to document the event.
