In honor of WURD founder\, Walter P. Lomax Jr.\, M.D.\, we will launch our “Phenomenal Philadelphians” series at Founder’s Day with a special presentation of his story\, acknowledging his stellar medical career\, successful entrepreneurial journey\, real estate prowess\, philanthropy and commitment to community empowerment. \nThe night will also consist of a powerful panel discussion\, “The Philadelphia Lawyer: Defenders of Democracy\,” featuring attorneys Michael Coard\, Carl Singley\, Keir Bradford-Grey and Dr. Dorothy Roberts.
