DESCRIPTION:Bring your favorite worn-out clothes and learn basic mending and sewing tricks with Sarah Tremain’s hands-on advice.\n\n\nIn preparation for the Crossroads Project Rummage Runway Fashion Show\, I’m teaching a basic mending workshop at the center on Saturday\, May 16\, 2026\, 1-3 pm at Crossroads Womens Center in Germantown. \nJoin me for a basic tutorial on how to thread and sew a straight stitch on a sewing machine\, how to patch or darn your clothing\, and then hands-on advice on how to mend the garments brought to the workshop.
