DESCRIPTION:VU PHL is partnering with Campaign for Working Families – join us!\n\n\nCampaign for Working Families (CWF) is a non-profit driven support families and individuals in the community to financial stability through programs such as tax preparation\, workforce training and employment\, and financial services\, resources\, and public benefits. CFW advocates for policies and initiatives that lead to opportunities and financial stability throughout the community. \n \nWhat we will be doing on Saturday\, December 14th \, 10AM – 1 PM: \nOur volunteers will be hands on putting together Intake Folders for taxpayers to complete when using Campaign for Working Families and Supply Kits for their tax sites. \n \nNotes ahead of the event! \n\nWe will be volunteering at their office on 935 N 29th Street.\n\n \nParking & Transportation \n\nParking: There is some street parking\n\n\nSEPTA: Buses 48 and 49 and Light Rail 15\n\n \nA note about cancellations: \nIf your schedule changes and you can no longer make it\, please email volunteeringuntappedphl@gmail.com ASAP to let us know. This way your spot can be given to someone else on the waitlist. THANK YOU!
