You’ll never look at your lawn the same again!\n\n\n** Free to reserve your spot\, $15/admission paid onsite to facilitator ** \nCome out to Brinton Run Preserve and learn the names and medicinal values of the plants growing all around you. \nBe guided through the mindfulness practice of forest bathing to bring ease and vitality to your mind. \nLearn how to harvest safely and ethically as we wildcraft together and integrate through a tea ceremony. \nAbout your facilitator: \nKellie Lynch is a trauma-informed menstrual cycle coach\, herbalist\, nurse\, and equine – assisted therapy facilitator. Along with her team of plants\, she has had the immense honor of serving local recovery homes through her unique modality of plant connection\, therapeutic gardening\, and clinical herbalism. \nShe is beyond excited to offer this insight and empowerment to her local community in partnership with Brinton Run Preserve!
