Landau and Jacoby are co-owners of Vedge\, an award-winning vegetarian resturant located in Philadelphia that pioneered plant-based fine dining\, and will be discussing their book\, resturant\, and bartending philosophy. \nWe ask that all interested attendees register for a ticket through Eventbrite\, and purchase their copy of the book at our Center City Barnes and Noble location.
