SUMMARY:Knit Wrapping a Wall Piece with Cassie
DESCRIPTION:Design a shape\, word\, or line drawing and we’ll knit a tube to colorfully wrap it into a wall hanging.\n\n\nThis is an ultra crafty project run by your’s truly craft coven CEO Cassie Jones. We’ll each design a drawing\, shape\, or word to wrap out of thick metal wire. Using a small knitting machine we’ll make knit wrappings to cover our pieces\, protecting the metal and instantly adding kitche. Hang it on your wall\, give it to your dad\, it’s gon’ be real cute!  \nAbout the Location:The Craft Coven and Upstairs at Abyssinia are teaming up to create a monthly making sesh! Every month we take over the second floor back room at 229 South 45th Street to create a pop up maker studio\, with a different planned project every month. DESCRIPTION:Use photos printed on fabric with scraps and beads to make a stitched collage.\n\n\nOpen Crafting for All (Adults\, that is!) \nThe Craft Coven and Upstairs at Abyssinia are teaming up to create a monthly making sesh! The third Wednesday of every month we will take over the second floor back room at 229 South 45th Street to create a pop up maker studio\, with a different planned project every month. Each person will get a photo printed on fabric that they can incorperate with an array of other fabrics\, threads\, and beads to create a collaged and embroidered wall hanging. All materials provided for the evening. \nBuy a ticket ahead of March 15th and we’ll be able to print it custom for you!
