DESCRIPTION:VU PHL is partnering with Friends of the Wissahickon for Earth Day!\n\n\nFriends of the Wissahickon take care and support 1\,800 acres of the Wissahickon Valley Park for both people and wildlife! \nWe’ll be meeting at the Ridge Ave Trailhead! \n \nWhat we will be doing on Saturday\, April 20\, 9AM – 12 PM: \nVU will help FOW with litter removal\, trail corridor cleaning\, trail mud clearing\, and tree planting \nRAIN DATE: APRIL 27TH \nNotes ahead of the event! \nYou will need to register to volunteer here and with FOW’s portal at the link below: \nhttps://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/registration-form/?formId=3abaeeaa-4338-4049-a280-7bde021d2ae3&envId=p-A3qQZqEDIEaS3rSwgeP0wQ&zone=usa \n \nParking & Transportation \n\nParking: We highly suggest carpooling!
