SUMMARY:Yoga for a Cause at The Grange Estate
DESCRIPTION:What if taking a day for yourself could also help preserve a piece of local history? \nThis month\, The Grange Estate will once again become the setting for Yoga for a Cause\, a four-hour mini wellness retreat presented by Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness. The donation-based event invites the community to step away from the everyday and spend time moving\, relaxing\, exploring and simply enjoying the historic grounds of The Grange. \nThe day will offer something for everyone\, whether guests stop by for an hour or stay for the entire experience. Attendees can choose from yoga classes led by Radiant Heart teachers\, meditation\, sound baths\, Reiki\, massage\, sauna and cold plunge experiences\, as well as a variety of local wellness vendors and creative experiences. \nGuests can also enjoy live violin music\, sip tea\, browse local offerings\, wander the grounds and take in the beauty of The Grange at their own pace. \nThe event is designed around four simple ways to experience the day: \nMove – Choose from yoga classes offered throughout the event by Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness teachers. \nRestore – Slow down with meditation\, sound baths\, Reiki\, massage\, sauna\, cold plunge and other wellness experiences. \nExplore – Browse local wellness vendors and discover permanent jewelry\, henna\, mini tattoos\, sweet treats\, holistic products\, creative experiences and more. \nSlow Down – Listen to live violin music\, enjoy a cup of tea\, wander the historic grounds or find a quiet place to simply be. \nThere is no set itinerary. Guests can create their own experience and participate as much or as little as they like. \nWellness With a Purpose: \nYoga for a Cause is an ongoing initiative from Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness that brings people together through movement\, mindfulness and giving back. For this special annual gathering\, the initiative is moving beyond the yoga studio and into the historic setting of The Grange Estate.\nAdmission is donation based\, with 100% of event donations going directly to The Grange Estate to support the preservation of this historic community treasure. \nBy attending\, guests aren’t just investing in their own well-being – they’re helping ensure that The Grange remains a place where the community can gather\, learn\, explore and make memories for generations to come.\nGuests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat\, water bottle and anything else they may need to feel comfortable throughout the day.
