Come on time so you don’t miss the events that include goat art raffle\, cemetery tour\, costume contest! \nTicket sales support the many free programs that Philly Goat Project provides year round including eduction\, job training\, community wellness and so much more. This year’s GOAToberFest will have 13 goats\, awards for best Halloween or OktoberFest costumes\, free snacks and drinks\, goodie bags\, a chance to win one of a kind goat art\, fire pits with s’mores\, a tour of historic Laurel Hill cemetery and a great time with host Dominique Lee. Mature friends ages 14 and over are invited to attend ….14-17 year olds must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian.
