Afromation Avenue thank you for trusting our work\, believing in our mission\, and letting us lead with our convictions.\n\n\nFounders Brittni Jennings and Kristin Kelly celebrate five years of Afromation Avenue! \nAfromation Avenue is a community street art initiative working to preserve the cultural integrity of Black spaces throughout the city of Philadelphia. In collaboration with local Black artists and community stakeholders\, personalized positive affirmation street signs find a permanent home within the landscape of historically Black communities. \n“Through creative placekeeping\, we work to nurture environments where Black stories are heard\, Black communities are seen\, and Black joy is felt.” \nWe invite you to join us as we reflect on our journey\, hear from our collaborating artists\, and be the first to learn about our future initiatives!
