Instructor Stacey Vinci’s gentle\, heart-centered approach aims to soothe the nervous system\, rekindle the spirit\, and restore balance in a time when many of us move too quickly to notice the beauty at our feet.  \nAll walks are invitational and trauma-informed\, offering space for whatever you bring and however you arrive. We’ll close our time together sharing a calming tea tasting and light snacks—an unhurried moment to savor the simple gifts of the season.  \nAbout the instructor: Stacey Vinci is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified forest therapy guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. Stacey has been in practice for 14 years supporting individuals\, communities\, and family systems in generational healing\, growth\, and change. Stacey facilitates embodied wellness through somatic\, trauma-informed\, and nature-based offerings.
