Natural Lands cares for more than 23,000 acres and 120 miles of trails, and we couldn’t do it without volunteers like you. Volunteering with Natural Lands is a great way to learn more about the natural world, give your time to a great cause, and connect with enthusiastic, like-minded people. Parents and Teens Mind& Wellness series: Yoga & Mindfulness for Teens

Our mind & body wellness program series with the Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN)  is back! Come rest and revitalize your physical and mental with moments of mindfulness, meditation, and group yoga in the Garden. No registration is required and all abilities are welcome! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, as well as a small and large towel (a limited amount of extras are available on-site). Classes will be held outside unless there is extreme heat or rain.

Pack a picnic and your favorite beverages and head to Stoneleigh for a sunset stroll. The garden unfolds throughout summer and early fall, with colorful blooms, towering trees, and inspiring vistas. Bring a chair or blanket to relax on the Great Lawn.

Join us at Bartram’s Garden for a special outdoor presentation of  Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s film Memoria, with a pre-screening performance by Sunken Cages and DJ Ripley.,presented by CineSpeak. BYO chairs or blanket (seating is first-come, first-served). Refreshments will be available for on-site purchase, but attendees are welcome to bring their own as well. This event is outdoors, rain or shine. If it is rainy (but not stormy), we will relocate the event to a big tented area. Look for updates via email and social media.
