Preserving Summer!

Learn the basics of canning, pickling, and seed saving so you can enjoy your summer garden all year round!
Make your summer garden last all year long by preserving its bounty. We’ll be joined by our Gardens Team for this special workshop where we will cover the basics of pickling, canning, seed saving, and more! We’ll even send you home with some of our favorite summertime treats. Registration is required.
Registration closes at noon on Thursday, 8/11 or prior if the class sells out. If you would like to attend after registration has closed, please send an email to kkapoano@pennhort.org and we’ll check to see if we can accommodate you. If you need to cancel, please make sure to do so 48 hours in advance of the event so we can issue a refund.
