A Taste of African Heritage: Beans and Rice

“A Taste of African Heritage is a way of eating based on the healthy food traditions of people with African roots. This healthy way of eating is powerfully nutritious and delicious, and naturally meets the guidelines experts recommend for supporting good health.”


Join us for a delicious vegetarian dish inspired by the African diaspora.

Led by instructor, Chef Shayla Felton-Dorsey. Shayla is a passionate Philadelphia chef whose focus includes community, culture and food.
